  1. From the left menu from the dashboard, click Contacts.
  2. Select the Customer Groups tab.
  3. Click +Add to add a Customer Group.

Example: Loyalty, Permanent, or VIP Customers.

Price Calculation Type
You’ll see two options here — choose one depending on how you want prices to adjust for customers in this group.

Option 1: Selling Price Group

  1. Choose Selling Price Group as your calculation type.
  2. A new field called Selling Price Group will appear.
  3. Select the price group that should apply from the dropdown (for example, “Wholesale”).

This means that all customers under this group will automatically use the selected selling price group during sales.

Option 2: Percentage

  1. Choose Percentage as your calculation type.
  2. A new field called Calculation Percentage (%) will appear.
  3. Enter the percentage you want to adjust prices by.

Step 3: Save the Group

Once all details are entered, click Save.
Your new Customer Group will now appear in the list.

Step 4: Assign a Customer to a Group

  1. Go to Contacts list.
