How to Turn Recipe into Finished Production

Once your recipe is ready, convert it into a finished product.

1. Go to Production → Add Production.
2. Select Business Location.
3. Select your Recipe (e.g., Bread).
4. The system automatically loads the ingredient quantities.
5. (Optional) Add Wastage % or Production Cost.
6. Check Finalize (this adds the product to stock).
7. Click Submit.

What Happens Next

Once saved, Prokip automatically:

• Deducts used ingredients/raw materials from inventory

Adds new finished goods (e.g., 200 Bread pieces) to your stock
