Why Are Some Items Missing After Upload?

Causes

• Product name or SKU doesn’t match existing inventory records.
• Duplicate rows were skipped during upload.

Fix:

1. Reopen the upload report
2. Locate missing items. Verify they exist in the Products List.
3. Re-upload corrected file.
