How to import product list

Purpose

The Import Product List feature in Prokip allows you to upload multiple products at once using an Excel file.

Steps

1. Login to prokip.
2. Click on products/services.
   
3. Click on import product.
   
4. Click on download template file.
   
5. Locate the file in your download folder.
6. Fill products according to the template.
7. On prokip click on choose file .
   
8. Locate the file on your system and click on open to upload.
9. Click on submit.
   

FAQs

1. What should I do if my file fails to upload?
   Check for:

• Incorrect file format (only Excel or CSV allowed).
• Missing or wrongly labeled columns.
• Extra spaces or special characters in column headers.

Fix the issues and re-upload the file.
