How to capture IMEI/Serial number for a product

purpose

Allow you to track individual items uniquely using their identification numbers.
It helps businesses manage products that need unique tracking, such as phones, electronics, or appliances.

 

Steps 

1. Click on profile icon
   
2. click on settings
   
3. click on product
   
4. toggle on “enable product description”
   
5. click on update settings
   
   

 

On product 

1. click on product/services
   
2. click on add button
   
3. enter product details
   
4. scroll down and toggle on the enable product description, imei/serial number
   
5. enter product price
   
6.  click on save
   
   

 

To make the serial number appear on the invoice, follow these steps 

On the app

1. Click on the profile icon
   
2. Select settings
   
3. Click on invoice design
   
4. Select the invoice layout
   
5. Toggle on Show sale description
   
6. click on update
   

Tips

After following these steps above, anytime you sell a phone or computer on the Point of sales.

1. A modal appears for the user to enter the Serial or IMEI number
2. Once the serial number is entered, click on close
